Our mini ball valve mainly using silica sol lost wax casting process, the introduction of cash production equipment, high-precision CNC machine tools, machining centers.

In terms of quality control, the company introduced Switzerland ARL spectrometer,metallographic microscope, hardness tester, universal material testing machine and three coordinate monitoring equipment. It has a complete set of production lines, from mold design,casting, processing and surface treatment. In terms of technology, we have professional  R & D team and designers, who are able to locate customer's process requirements more accurately.

At present, the material of our product is mainly 304 304L, 316 316L WCB and so on. The company produces all kinds of precision castings, such as GB ASTN ASNI BS DIN JIS, etc.
