This is a stainless steel 316L bottle which customer will use to fill perfume. But its tech difficulty is that there are many pits outer of its bottle body and the bottle are too small. It belongs to a customized stainless steel castings parts. After our study we find there are two solutions which can finish this stainless steel parts. They are stainless steel investment lost wax casting process and purely machining craft. Compared with these two processes, we found that for the surface, the machining surface is definitely lighter and smoother than castings surface. And after studying and studying, calculating and calculating, we found it is cheaper to make it by pure machining craft. So we finally make its sample for customer at first by machining.
